It's production entities comprise of two weaving mills, two dyeing plants and three finishing garment sub-factories. The weaving subsidiaries are equipped with dozens of Germany-made large diameter circular machines. These machines produce about 2,000 tons of knitting blanker per year. The dyeing plants' key facilities are at world-class level; relevant facilities are with advanced special purposed technology, to ensure the superior quality and effective price of the dyed fabrics. It annual knitting processed fabrics reach nearly 20,000 tons, the ready-made garments factory adopt the CAD system, and mostly armed with cutting-edge stream lines of Japan-made sewing machines, its annual production capacity reaches 50 million pieces.
